It is week one of my blog and I hope I don’t lose your interest right away!
Here we go:
Have you ever been sitting in class, or at work and you mindlessly start biting your nails or playing with your hair? Do stressful situations bring out your bad habits? Does it feel as though you can never get rid of them? That’s how it is for me.
From biting my nails, to playing with my hair, to cracking my fingers, I’ve done it all. What frustrates me most is: I have no idea how some of these habits started. I also have no idea how to stop them. No one ever wonders where bad habits come from; they simply think these minds games are a part of who they are. I do not believe this is the case.
I firmly believe that there is a specific cause and reason for every little thing we do. Whether we are stressed, bored, happy, sad or nervous. This is why I created this blog. Not only because I am forced to in my grade 12 English class, but also because I’d like to know why I do the things that I do.
In my opinion analyzing behaviour is one of the most interesting studies and I would love to attempt this on my own and see what I can come up with. It will be my very own behavioral blog, where I will analyze everyday habits that people develop and find reasons why we do them, where they could possibly originate and how we can stop them.

Until next time!
